3.3 Account Suspension or Closure
fz523 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Failure to provide verification documents on time.
- Submitting a Self-Exclusion request.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
4.1 Deposit
Funds can currently be deposited on the fz523 platform using bKash, Nagad and Rocket mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
You are required to use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted, and if such a transaction is identified, we reserve the right to return or forfeit it.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Bonus funds linked to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
- Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- We may request additional information for inconsistent or suspicious transactions.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Erroneous Transactions
If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, fz523 reserves the right to correct that error and reprocess the correct amount. In such cases, the correct amount will always be considered the valid one.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fz523 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on both the deposit and bonus combined. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own terms — please read the details of the specific offer carefully.
- A bonus applies to one account only.
- Misusing bonuses or using bonus-focused strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
- fz523 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
